kdm1984 (3), Missouri does not count - explanation | | March 28, 2012 [ Updated April 21, 2012 ] Best store in Joplin. | | csaso (71), Missouri | | January 27, 2012 Very big store that sells all kinds of alcohol, plus some snacky food. Pretty impressive beer selection, especially for Joplin. Lots of crafts from all over the US plus a good number of imports. very surprising for the area. | | kseecs16 (185), Naperville, Illinois | | November 23, 2009 Big, clean store with a discount case store on one end, a wine store and then a liquor store which has a row of coolers, about half of which is craft in the back, and a modest section of micro six packs as well as bombers. 8.98 make your own six pack section, but it does not appear you can break sixers to make a pack. Some interesting options and decent prices make this worth a stop. Nothing super rare, some regionals availabe that might not have limited availability. | | changeup45 (78), Mount Dora, Florida | | October 20, 2009 [ Updated November 9, 2010 ] This was a nice little find. Very large and clean store with a neat country vibe. They sell an assortment of beer, wine, liquor and gifts. Selection was better than I was expecting. Full line of Boulevard, Schlafly, New Belgium (finally get to try La Folie!) along with some other nice breweries like Goose Island, Founders, Bells, Bear Republic, Odell, to just name a few. Pretty good selection of bombers and 750’s. Missouri law prohibits the sale of single 12 ounce bottles but they have a decent selection to choose from for a mixed sixer. Not everything they have is available this way though. Founders and Bells for example, have to be purchased as a sixer (or 4 pack). Staff seemed very friendly. Overall a very pleasant experience. |
