This place couldn’t look cooler, tons of retro decor, tons of antique furnishings and plenty of good music. We went there on a Saturday early in the evening and the service was great, and the staff seemed fairly knowledgeable and very friendly. I ended up talking about Irish whiskey with the bar owner who couldn’t have been nicer. This place is no doubt more about the liquor than the beer; they’ve got an amazing selection of Whiskeys, Scotch, Gin, Liqueur, etc. But the beer selection doesn’t seem to suffer too much. Tap selection was nice but nothing to flip a lid over, probably half of them were Boulevard which is cool, and they had the Schlitz redux that they served in a real classy glass. 150-200 bottles plenty of micros, a few very good Belgians overall a nice selection. Plus they’ve got a "to go" beer selection that had (among other things) very fairly priced Cantillion and Achel beers. I didn’t try the food, I bet it’s good! Certainly a fun bar.
