Cafeteria in a shopping center next to a cinema. There is sagres on tap + some belgian standards. Nothing wrong with the beers here, but not really interesting.

Disappointed by this as it was rated the second best Lisbon venue when we visited. It’s next to the cinema in a shopping centre & that’s exactly the vibe it gives off. There’s not a bad selection of European beers, but they’re all fairly standard. Nothing Portuguese other than two Maldita bottles and of course Sagres (on tap). Burgers aren’t bad, though nothing special, but an interesting few variants & very good value. Our waiter was efficient & very quick to offer suggestions when he realised we were interested in beer. It was moderately busy on a Monday night. This place is a bit out of town & to be honest, I wouldn’t bother making much of an effort to come here. However, it was only a few minutes walk from our hotel & if we stayed here again, I’d probably return for convenience & on the off chance they had a good Portuguese bottle. Lisbeer is a better second place to Cerveteca Lisboa in my opinion.

Best way to find this place is to enter the building on the Right hand side, straight up the steps and you arrive. Lots of beer tat adorns the walls. Heavy slant on Belgian beer followed by Germany and then a few others. Found a couple of bottles of Maldita beers not in the menu. Draft offerings big name stuff really. Ok place. Cheap and decent service but not the second best place in Lisbon

OK, first of all, the Proximity map is wrong. This place is in the Monumental building off Saldhana circle. Second, there is absolutely no signage from the street about the place. It is basically on the second floor, above Dolce Vita, adjacent to the Cinema. British/American pub feel to it, with prompt service. Quite busy at lunchtime on a Wednesday. Decent Belgian-slanted tap and bottle list, plus a bunch of Brewdog. Menu features burgers, but has a bunch of other pub fare as well. Food was decent, but it was mostly just nice to have a decent beer for lunch.
