Stopped here for a late lunch on a Friday afternoon. This is a standard American brewpub kinda place, except it’s packed with a pretty cool array of breweriana. The bartender was friendly enough and knowledgeable. The food was OK, and the beer was kinda average, but not bad either. (Brewery #616)
A nice enough looking place with outside seating and flat screens at the bar. Did not try the food but did order a fluffy that contained all their regular beers plus one seasonal. Nothing that impressed. And if the beer at a brewpub is no good.....
Great downtown Milw location on the edge of Water Street in a cool old building with big brew casks in the entrance and stately booths. Bar runs in and out around poles and seats about 12 with the bulk being restaurant. Food quite good, leaning toward pub food with a German flair. Brew choices very mild - no IPA, no stout, nothing darker in the place than an amber/oktoberfest. Good kid place. Good food. Mediocre for micros.
Stopped in on Friday, 10/15/10 and Sunday, 10/17/10. Decent looking place that wasn’t terribly busy during either trip. Selection wasn’t all that impressive, but their pumpkin ale was unique and good enough to keep drinking. Didn’t try the food. Service was okay on Friday night and pretty solid on Sunday afternoon.
The service was absolute shit. My party of three sat at our table for more than 10 minutes, and weren’t even noticed! I fucking hate assholes that can’t do the ONE thing that they’re supposed to do, that is - serve! Anyways, we decided not to eat here after the bullshit, just mentioned. We went to the bar and were instantly greeted by a bartender. Drink prices were great, but the beer was, at best, mediocre. Not much to say about the inside because it lacks character. Overall, the beer prices are great, but everything sucks. Honestly, I wouldn’t waste your time.

Had a standard sampler of 6 beers, then they piled on 4 more all for something like 8 dollars. Beer was standard with a few above the norm. Had a pretty good appetizer but everything seemed relatively average. Typical american brewpub.

The beers were mediocre, except the maibock and the raspberry. Service was friendly and the food was good, they have a very large menu and reasonable prices. As far as the quality of the beer this place is ok, but it is good enough for a reasonably priced meal. Try the beer sampler.
Located on Water Street in the downtown area, this place is a lot of fun. They have quite a few beers to sample, many which are a little lighter in body, but very tastey. They have a nice outdoor seating area where you can enjoy the beer. The waitstaff was very helpful and pleasent. Check this place out.
