Pangaea Bottle Shop

Tiny little offshoot of the cafe. Hosting a semi private party when I was there, which meant that it was open, but I needed to shoulder my way through Elvis impersonators to see anything. Selection seemed pretty mediocre to me. Nothing exciting here.

Not a bad bottle shop, but quite small and mostly just an extension of Pangaea Bier Cafe. There are a handful of cooler doors with beers kept chilled. They are separated by style for the most part.

There were a few interesting imports available, such as the Lambickx Kriek and Wadesda #4...a few German beers you might not see much. Decent selection of local Sacramento beers (and stuff from east towards the Sierras). Decent enough selection overall. There are some beers out on the shelves, but those are mostly just repeats of the stuff in the coolers.

Seems like decent enough prices on most things, though the interesting stuff is kind of marked up a bit.

Not as impressed with the shop as the café. Occasional gems but usually a markup, dust gathers on some. OK.

Small bottle shop attached to Pangaea Cafe. Decent selection of beers, both refrigerated and not. Bit pricey but not terrible. Some gems and rare bottles available. You can get your bottles to go or drink them in the cafe.

cool little bottle shop. has some good beers on tap inside too. havnt tried the food but the menu looked good.

I added this place because for 6 or 7 months I didn’t know it was in existence! Good selection. Customer service is over the top. The online beer list is two weeks out of date just now, but seems to be 99+% ok anyway, and the web guy says it’s going to get updated as/when beer is delivered. Four people tried to help me find beer! How’s that for service!
