82 Tucked back into an old warehouse. Really awesome bar area and solid service. The beer was all great and generous pours. A nice variety to pick from. A must visit when in St. Louis and while I haven't been, I would suspect this is the superior place to the Lockwood location at least from what I saw beer menu wise, but Lockwood did look like it had some solid food offerings. |
90 Feels like an underrated place, after all these years. This (their anniversary bere) was probably the best single beer I had in St. Louis), without the hype of Side Project or being quite as inconvenient as Narrow Gauge. Lovely location, too, with a giant beer garden in a residential neighborhood. Worth going way out of your way for. |
86 Second visit in St Louis area, after visiting Narrow Gauge. We were the first customers on rainy Friday afternoon in June, 2018. Sat at the bar. Nice ambiance even if the place was empty. 11-12 Perennial beers on tap, we had them all in half pours (didnt check the bottles list). Very good and friendly service. We didnt try the food. |

84 Visited on a Saturday afternoon. Large basically furnished brewery tap room out in the burbs. Makes for easy parking which is nice. Lots of people coming in and out but never actually got crowded, appears to be very kid friendly. They had 11 beers on tap when I was there, all available in 5 oz sampler sizes, most for only 2$ a pop which is cool. Quality of the beers was also very high. Service was super helpful and friendly, they have a small food menu but I didn't try anything. Really enjoyed my visit, would return. |
78 A little out of the way, but worth visiting for the sure. A dozen or so beers on tap, all available in 5 oz pours (mostly $2, but a couple expensive ones for $6). Beer quality is very high, perhaps only paralleled by Side Project in town. Super friendly staff. Definitely worth visiting. |
84 Nice welcoming space if not very large inside with solid tap list - some $2 pours for small pours! Good deal there. Bottles to go as well. |
88 Holy awesome, this place is amazing. Super friendly staff that loves beer, and especially loves their beer. Selection is all their stuff, ranging from barrel aged sours and stouts to hazy IPAs and wits, with some whiskey and wine for the non beer drinkers. The coolest brewery I visited in St. Louis. |
76 Located in a warehouse type space. Not that busy on a Thursday night. There was plenty of parking across the street. Service was friendly and attentive. They had 11 beers on though were one’s I’d had previously. The food was elevated but very tasty especially the pretzels. Prices were reasonable and everything was available in a 5 ounce pour. All and all a pretty solid experience. |
88 Visited after dinner on a Wednesday. Located in an industrial, fairly remote corner of St. Louis. The brewery and tasting room are in a modern building, with ample parking in the lot out front. The interior is very modern and sleek, metal and wood. The long narrow room has bar seating, as well as a more open room in the back with tables. The 8 drafts are clearly described on the overhead TV, and are available as 5 oz or full pours, and 3 of the beers were available to go as growlers. Additionally, 3 bottles available to go and a cellar list of 6 bottles available for on site consumption only. I just missed the kitchen being open, though the food menu looked tasty. Nice patio out front. I had really knowledgeable and friendly service. I have long been a fan of Perennial beers and enjoyed my visit. 88 = ★★★★ (best in area, a must for locals and visitors) I only use the total score, not the component parts. |
