Veritas Wine & Craft Beer

This is a beer drinker’s safe haven. It does’t boast the largest list in DE but the list is very impressive and they seem to have beers long after other liquor stores run out. Their prices are higher but not by much. You might spend a $1.50 more on a six pack here - but it’s cool that they let you make your own six packs. There is no budweiser or miller lite in this store and that why I shop here. the owner venus knows beers and he can talk about wine and beer all day long. And that the great thing about this shop - their wine program is impeccable - venus is a wine geek who learned the beer geek way. oh and his dog porter is the 2nd best part about visiting this shop/bar

This is a fantastic secret of those lucky enough to have discovered. It's located in a beautiful setting along the Wilmington Riverfront and a perfect spot for a craft seeker looking to dine, try a few craft beers and walk along the riverfront.

Higher than high prices, but you won’t know until you try to buy something (no prices on the shelf) Dusty bottles, crowded and unorganized. Location is great, but getting there is a bit sketchy. Tried to buy some DFH120, and was told I had to buy a six pack of other DFH beers. Liked this place a bit more before the remodel. Dig having the dog there though. Always friendly.

Small shop with a very good selection. Only beer shop in the riverfront area. The owner is very nice and knowledgable about the beer. They have small beer samplings ocassionaly. Small lounge area inside to hang out.

This place opened up about 6 months ago on Justison Landing. I live near by to the shop and have made it my goto place because I can walk there and the beer selection keeps growing in size and quality. The prices can sometimes be a little on the higher side for some of their beer, but the offer discounts for purchasing cases. The quality of their selection is what keeps me coming back, along with their owner Venu. They even do beer tastings now and then and will be having "Dogfish Head Day" coming soon! Buy a beer from here, grab a seat on the couches and enjoy a bottle with some friends.
