Ultra Sørlandsparken (closed, now Meny)

No Longer In Business

A grocery store with one of the best selections in the Kristiansand area, but as elsewhere in Norway, that doesn’t necessarily mean much. Lervig, Nøgne, Haand and sometimes Ægir, and of course a whole lot of Norwegian macro lagers. Brewdog beers and a few English standard bitters are also found. It’s better to visit the even pricier Vinmonopolet store just down the hallway.

An ok grocery store selection. Beers from Nøgne Ø, Haandbryggeriet and Lervig. Also some ok import

Not as good as ICA maxi. Should stock up on more Norwegian Microbrew (Haandbryggeriet comes to mind). Good selection of southern european lagers.

Big supermarket placed in Sørlandsparken shopping centre. Beer selection as in all the other Ultra shops, nothing special from abroad, 4 kind of beers from Nøgne Ø, 2 from Atna and 1 from Ægir (Påskesol). Vinmonopolet is located almost next door.
