This is now called Hot Shotz Ale & Grill (note sent to admins). We stopped by for lunch and this was their first week open. Staff was really friendly and the food was above average (sandwiches). We had Dreadnaught and Two Hearted from the draft list. A nice bottle list was available as well. About 50 hot sauces are available to try as well (I steered clear of the Satan’s Blood btw)

8-10 taps, but counted Bud Light as the only macro available. Bells, Three Floyds, Upland, Dick’s House Pale Ale (which is Mad Anthony Pale Ale), Arogent Bastard, Gonzo Imperial Stout and a couple imports on tap. A nice selection of midwest and N American micros in bottles, more along the lines of 40-60 bottles. BBQ is good good stuff. The whole range of expected BBQ, and even though they are technically chain, they are a local chain so they lack the simpleness that you get at a national chain BBQ place. Great pork, sausage, chicken, smoked salmon, etc. A couple different sauces available and they let you put on as little or as much as you want. Food is real good, the tap selection is nice, and seems to change frequently. Why not check it out.

This is part of a chain of Texas BBQ joints across the Indy area. I’ve only been to the one in Carmel and was surprised to see the tap list: FFF Robert the Bruce & Gumballhead, Bells Two Hearted, Upland Amber, Mad Anthony Ol’ Woody, Stone Arogant Bastard, Weihenstephan Hefe and a few others I can’t remember. Food is good if you like BBQ. They do regular special every other Thursday with $20 getting you a meal and 8 samples.

I recently went to the one in Noblesville, the tap list is smaller but still the best around with Arrogant Bastard, Robert the Bruce, Upland Wheat, and Oberon. I assume they swap them out from time to time.
