88 Pretty much the only brew pub for miles and miles and then some. Stopped in for a quick brew. I had the seasonaly Redeye. Not too shabby. I didn’t have any eats on this trip. Located in a very small PA town in an old historic warehouse type building. The inside had the feel of a saloon while the service staff wore kilts. Nice mix of folks from the old like me to the many college kids that didn’t go home for xmas. Great selection listed I think there were 9. The bar was made of stone and nicely decorated with their logo and it had this awesome frosty cold metal slab running the length of the bar that you sit your brew on to keep your brew cold from start to finish. GO HERE IF YOU CAN |
74 Who would have thought they would start a microbrewery/brewpub in a small out of the way town like Titusville. But they did and they did a pretty good job of it. Good Beer, good food and as mentioned in previous review, that cool little chilling channel that runs along the bar to keep your beer cold. This place is worth taking a side trip to visit. Another thing, if you need to stay overnight in Titusville, there is a neat little Caboose Motel just a few blocks away. It has about 20 or so various cabooses on rails made into pretty nice motel rooms. |
74 Beers have great robust taste. Frozen channel in the bar is a great plus. Great place to spend a snowy night in N.W Pa. |
66 I loved the architecture, the food smelled good although i didn’t have any, and the sampler was reasonably priced. B/c of the location this place doesn’t get much exposure, but I hope that local clientele are keeping it afloat. |
56 Convenient location downtown, plenty of room inside, You can actually see the brewer working at certain times of day, I recommend their sampler of 7 of their beers very reasonably priced. The food is good and affordable if not generous in portions. |
