One of the more out-of-the-way places I’ve visited. Beautiful drive to get there, at least from the Spanish side, as long as you close your eyes when going through la Vella. Anyway, small tasting room attached to an equally small brewery. Beers are easily the best Andorran beers I’ve ever had. Definitely worth the trip!

Visited primarily because of the novelty of it being Andorra’s only brewery. The tasting room is a small affair, with a single tap for Alpha Pils; the rest are in bottles. The folks (Heiko and a woman whose name I did not get) were extremely friendly and helpful, and showed us all around the place, including the hand bottler and labeler. This is a very small time operation, but Heiko’s heart is certainly in it and I wish him the best. Note that it is closed Mondays; something not reflected on the website or Facebook page.
