Beautiful location, right on the water, amidst a pedestrian street of many eateries. The place is not enclosed, so don’t expect AC. There is lots of seating, with plenty of patio seating to enjoy the view. 10 beers on tap when I went, including 2 seasonals. Cheapest flights in the city by far: 6 tasters for $10! They are served in little shot glasses, so you don’t get much, but it’s perfect for filthy tickers. Bartender even racked on the other 4 beers that were on for free - killer. Beer quality is very lame though - they don’t seem to care much, as every beer is 4-5%, lacks character, and doesn’t really deliver. Go for the cheap ticks, don’t expect beer quality.

Nice place along the river. Lot of the different craft beer, but only from RedDot brewery, who owns the bar. And to be honest, the english bitter I choosed wasn’t really interesting. The IPA was a bit a bit better, but was only in bottle

Beautiful location beside the river. This is the bar associated with the brewery. Gas 6 of their own beers on tap available as samplers including their amazing bright green lager. Good prices and satisfactory service.

Tourist trap in boat quay. The only reason you should be here is to tick the 6 beer flight and go. Beers are mediocre, including a green lager that tastes like the normal lager. The chips I ordered were as bad as the rest.

This is an open plan style with an inside air conditioned bar as well as seating outside over-looking Boat Quay. The bar staff were friendly and attentive and possessed basic beer knowledge. They have seven taps serving their own brews as well as one guest tap and the only brew of their own they sell bottled is the IPA. Samplers are available (from 12noon to 8pm). The beer prices are very reasonable even for Singapore. The place has a good feel to it and with the brewing gear at the rear has a fell and look of a micro-brewery. (Visited 12/1/2017).

Visited this place on a Friday evening in November 2016. The place was busy with quite a lot of noisy guests. The service was good but the beers that I had were rather boring. The best thing with this place was the location, also close to my Hotel, Swissotel Merchant Court.

Awesome location looking out over the water. Average beers and one or two decent ones. Good service and sound wifi. I’ll be back but only for the good beers or the ticks. Lovely patio area and kid friendly too.

Just not enough experimentation with the micro beers. Certainly doesn’t hold a candle to the selection of craft now available in Asia. Definitely going mass market.

Very busy touristy bar in middle of touristy area (and I was there ~8pm on a Friday). They have a separate beer menu of their own beers but some are adulterated in quirky ways presumably to attract tourist trade (eg adding spirulina because it may cure cancer and aids). Service was reasonable given how busy it was. About eight of their own beers, of which I tried three and was one rather good, the other two not so much. Food was OK, but not great. Value wasn’t bad given that it was in tourist central.
