Best beer store in Cape Town and likely the country. You can find all that SA craft beer has to offer here. Some solid stuff. Helpful staff.

Roelands Liquors is hands-down the best beer shop in Cape Town. It is located pretty centrally and is no issue to get to on foot. I was greeted by the friendly and knowledgeable owner. They offer a fine selection from the rapidly expanding local craft beers scene from the likes of - Cape, Devil’s Peak, Aegir Project, Gallows, Red Sky and such like. Most of the beers I picked up were brand new on RB. All beers were kept in the fridges (including a large walk-in one). Plenty of international options also, but there more SA beers than I could carry with me. This is most-certainly a must-visit if you are in town.

Best spot in Cape Town to purchase craft beer. By far the biggest selection I’ve ever seen. They also have knowledgeable staff if you are having trouble making your mind up.

Best store in Cape Town, with an owner who is knowledgeable and who takes the time to source out and bring in beers that other stores don’t get, especially the stuff from Gauteng and the bottled Camelthorn beers. Good stuff.

Cool store, nice range of craft beer, also some foreign beers. Owner is very friendly and loves to help you out. Worth a visit if you are looking to try some SA craft brews.

This is the best Liquor store in Cape Town when it comes to South African craft beer. The owner is working hard to obtain more SA beers and to keep a good selection of beers. If you are in CT and want to explore SA craft beer you should go here first
