Bridge Street Cafe, Bar & Bistro

Large, open place. Seating both inside and outside. 4 beers on tap plus a cider and a perry. A borad with 4 tasters is available, mine came with the perry as a free extra. Food is great, prices are good. Service is friendly and atmosphere was nice and relaxed on a Sunday afternoon.

This is the new project from the founder of Mitchell’s Brewery (Lex Mitchell). He has opened this bar/bistro/restaurant where he only sells his new craft beers on tap. A few macro extra’s in bottles. The place is very clean and modern. Not that much atmosphere (we went there on an afternoon). Lex is a friendly guy who loves to show you around in his little brewery that you can look at from the bar. Friendly staff, prices are ok.
