Great place just west of Chicago right off the expressway. 36 micros and crafts on tap and a great bottle, bomber and can selection. Great New Orleans style food with lots of drink and food specials.

Stopped in here for few beers as I was at wedding next door. Nice large bar with 34 taps that offer a little bit of everything with a few rare and hard to find brews. Didn’t get to try the food, but menu looked interesting. I really liked this place as it was fairy busy for a Saturday. Nice atmosphere. Will definitely be back.

Beer section is good but not the best. Food is good and not too expensive. Ranges from burger to crab legs. Seemed cramp and crowed and the staff seemed to have to rush around the whole time.

Overall, selection is decent, but they try too hard and many of the beers are either inaccessible to the typical crafty (too many imperial IPAs or are far too high content alcohol). Admire their effort for trying though. Food is at best, average. Good location, good crowd, friendly if only sufficient service.

stopped for a quick lunch, took a seat at the bar, atmosphere is a little blah and boring... nice service but certainly the bartender was not a craft guy... the draft selection was great, 20 beers from all over, bottles sucked... the food is so so Since my initial review I’ve been back 3 times. This place always has new brews and good ones at that. Top 5 tap list in Chicago.

Went here around 6 PM on a Saturday. It wasn’t empty but we had no trouble finding tables for about eight people and my glass never went empty for too long thanks to frequent visits from our waitress. The place had kind of a vibe in between a typical brewpub (like, say, Goose Island) and one of those upscale faux-Irish bars you see all over the city. I thought the tap selection was very good, not gigantically huge but what was on there was quality. Didn’t try the food but the few tater tots I snagged from people tasted good.

Local bar in a Chicago suburb. Pretty good selection of beer here, but it gets retardedly busy late at night, so don’t expect any kind of service. I recommend visiting earlier in the day. The food is ok. I wouldn’t make this a destination, but if you’re staying in Oak Park it’s a nice place to grab a drink.

We visited here twice. The first time was disappointing because we showed up after the dinner menu had ceased and the place was very busy. The beer selection is slightly above average with choices that should please most beer drinkers. A handful of regional stuff is usually available apparently. Unfortunately, they had just run out of the 3F tap. The service was very slow, though they were rather crowded to their credit. My check was wrong and the late night menu is a rip-off. That being said, we came back the next night and were able to order off the dinner menu. We sat outside and got friendly, rapid service. Food was decent enough. To my knowledge this is pretty much the bar to go in Oak Park if you want a good beer.

A relatively rare suburban Chicago bar with a good beer selection. A pleasant find in a nicer part of Oak Park. Very cozy feel to the decor. The waiter told us the food was excellent, but our burgers were just average , cooked 2 grades above what we ordered, and they skimped on the fries. The beer selection was fairly impressive, including the likes of Maudite, Alpha King, and Dead Guy Ale. However, in late October they were still serving their "Summer Tappers" which they were due to turn over shortly. As such they were out of half the beers we ordered. The waiter didn’t have good knowledge of what they had on tap. I like the place and recommend it to anyone who happens to be in the immediate area. I just hope they start paying better attention to their impressive beer list.
