Visited on 12th October 2017. A small high end wine bar with a nice modern feel to it. Managed to jump in on a table as people were leaving as we arrived, the place was packed. The beer list was small but pretty decent, found a couple of beers of interest. Service was good as were the prices. It's a handy stop off if you're touring the area ticking off places.

Some great beer here, a small but well-curated list with a nice high-end, and bartender really knew her beer, but I hate hate hate the kind of customers there when I visited - the "young professional" with more money than brains, trendy date types, and the deathly-still middle-aged wine bar crowd that wouldn’t be caught dead in a neighborhood dive. Granted, only a single visit from me, but a strong impression; maybe it’s better for lunch? Have to admit, the food menu looks very inviting.

Two places I’d rather visit on this part of Spruce, Greenstreet two blocks east for coffee and Mercato just to the west for Italian.

When I visited: Late September 2014. What I had: Bottle of Vanderghinste Oud Bruin and a draft pint of Sly Fox Oktoberfest Lager for me, two glasses of 2013 Decibel Sauvignon Blanc for my fiancé, some waters. What I liked: Had no trouble finding seats at the bar on a weekday night and we enjoyed our drinks. What I disliked: Snooty, mostly middle-aged crowd on our visit; tap lineup was very pedestrian; the Vanderghinste was the only bottle that caught my attention (hence why we left after two); bartender seemed disengaged and we had to wait a while for drinks; just a mediocre experience all around. Would I go back? Considering this was the worst bar that we visited on our trip (including the D.C. spots), probably not. Overall Rating: 60

I’m a little partial to the other Tria as I have been there many more times, but this one is definitely bigger with a little more outdoor seating. Same great selection and food as the other Tria.

Stopped for a drink and an appetizer on a Thursday afternoon. They had a decent selection of craft beer on tap with a few interesting bottles. Prices were just a tad high but still reasonable. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed, they have a small patio. The food was delicious. I wouldn’t call this place a beer place first, but it’s definitely a nice beer-wine-food compromise, probably one of the best. Worth it.

I really prefer this location, bigger place with high ceilings. Spacoius curved bar with up stairs. Menu is great for snacks and sandwiches. I hade the sliced meats and an Italian hard cheese. Awesome. A bit pricey but worth it. Beer selection is not deep but all good stuff.

This was a nice little suprise next door to our hotel. They are mainly a wine bar but their beer selection is well thought out.The service was top notch. I stopped here twice and both times were great. We did a take out and they didnt have plasticware but let us have the flatware. The place is small and quaint, a place I can see myself hanging out at.

Lovely place! If I lived here I would be here often. We stayed at the hotel across the street and ordered here twice. They were ALWAYS packed. The food tends to be more Tapas style, smaller portions, which we loved. Had the smoked chicken salad, a tuna salad sandwich, and the dried meat tray. ALL were excellent. The service was spectacular, the food fantastic, and the beer list was awesome..Nothing I didnt like here.

Went here during Philly Beer Week 2011 so this review is may be biased but I loved the shit out this place. went here once at night and shared a supplication and came back the next day when they had hill farmstead on tap. Amazing food, very moderately priced for the quality, very sexy and attractive ladies who actually know their shit with regards to beer, wine and cheese. I’m a fan, I’d be a regular if I lived in Philly. It’s a little busy, but you lose yourself in the delicious beverages and edibles.
