80 Cool little spot, about like the other locations I've visited. The barkeep was super cool and a mucky-muck in the local craft brew guild. He hipped me to some hotspots and must-go's in Knoxville. It was very convenient to the Marriott Courtyard, just across the parking lot. Homey, congenial. |
70 This location is in a strip mall a little off Kingston Pike/Papermill. The taproom had a sleepy environment during my visit. Plenty of quality drafts were available, local or otherwise. I had planned on picking up a couple six packs to take to a party afterward but nearly everything is room temperature and a good portion of that had date stamps going back months. The downtown Casual Pint seems to be more lively and turn over more product. |
80 Much the same as the other locations. In a small strip mall. Parking here is better than downtown, but not as good as the Hardin Valley location. Probably not as easy to find food as HV or Downtown either. |
60 Visited on a fairly busy Friday evening when the acoustically challenged venue was very loud. There were still empty seats available so it certainly could get even louder. As is, it was not easy to order.
Excellent beer selection ... for TN
About 24 taps with good variety and an emphasis on local beers. Beer flights (4 decent sized pours) available.
Singles (most $3) and mixed-6 packs (usually $14?) with cold bottles available. Good place to find Yazoo brews. Not far off the interstate for those passing thru.

72 Pretty decent selection of craft beer. Pretty heavy on IPA’s if you’re into that. It was early in the day when we got there. They had several beers on tap as well. Nice find in Knoxville. |
80 Lotta beers on tap. Many local/regional selections. Pretty crowded until about 7pm on a Thursday night, then it thinned out. Service was ok 2 bar tenders neither looking to stay busy but still pretty neat place. I will stop by every time Im in Knoxville. |
100 Love this location! |
30 Strip mall, repetitve tap choices, sat with an empty pint for 5 minutes while the owner and bartender chatted to a half empty bar. Bad, even for Tn. |
80 Pretty good selection, always friendly staff. My wife goes to K-town to my growler refilled here and they’re always helpful. Website has current brews on tap so I can pick out what she’s getting. Works great for me. |
68 This place is in a small, kinda hidden strip mall. It seems a little antiseptic, but that may be a symptom of being in a brand new building. Selection is pretty good for east TN, with pretty much anything under 6% that is available in Knox County. Nicely laid out, and mix-sixes available. Prices seem a little on the high side. Edit: This is petty, but this place always smells weird. Like someone has decided to use some sickly sweet air freshener or something. |
