March 1, 2007 Great little store. Very nice selection, with lots of very exceptional beers on the shelf. The owner is very friendly and helpful, and usually keeps a few bottles on the shelf that I have never heard of. Cool place! |

January 23, 2007 Nice selection. Typical cozy, funky, downtown Bellingham locale. Owner is laid back, but knowledgeable (homebrewer and former professional brewer), honest, thoughtful with his beer appraisals and suggestions. and willing to suggest new beer experiences based on customer’s needs/desires. A good source for what’s happening with the local microbrew and homebrew scene. |

September 24, 2005 Small hole-in-the-wall place with a mini bottleworks feel to the place. Situated right in the hippie downtown area. Inside they sell a nice selection of local, regional or imported things. Nothing outside of what you’d find at Bottleworks (I think) but a very nice selection for this far north of it. They also had green coffee beans so I picked up a mexican variety that I don’t have access to at home. Cool! |

July 31, 2005 Stopped by while in town for a mini vacation. Dave was very friendly and the selection was not very big as the shop is quite smal and still new. The items that were on the helves were of excepional quality. Rocheforts, La Folie, DFH, Victory etc. Great to see a beer geek store in my old home town. |

May 23, 2005 [ Updated June 14, 2005 ] Very friendly shop owner. Great selection of Belgian and German beers. Always seems to have something new and in my case unheard of. this shop has a monthly beer tasting, a different style every month. Very educational. |

January 21, 2005 This shop(pe) is far overdue here in B’ham. Dave still has a few distributor kinks to work out, as he is still about parallel to the grocery stores in town but his future seems bright as he is planning on expanding soon and is friends with some of the Bottleworks guys which can only lead to good things. Included in stock here is a decent amount of coffee roasting supplies as well as Bottleshoppe paraphenalia. It must be said that Dave is not wasting precious fridge space to hock any macro, he sells only Pabst, because everyone’s gotta drink a PBR now and then. |

January 16, 2005 Nice selection of stuff that is stored the way it’s supposed to be. Everything here is quality and the owner was nice and friendly. I liked the selection of green coffee beans as well. Must learn how to roast my own. Worth a visit if you’re in the area. |
