Very cool place. Wide variety of food oozing with southern flair rarely found in my area. Very decent tap selection, albeit a little short. Good seasonal and local pours from small batch seattle breweries as well as the greater northwest. All pours are $5 which makes it generally a great value if you know what to buy and pass up. Food is great, love the jambalaya, steak, and alligator creole. Fun atmosphere with great live music.

Excellent food here! A very good selection of beer, on draft as well as a full bar. Very close to the event center in downtown Everett. And music stage too.

Been meaning to try this place for years, since their days in the old location. It’s turned into quite the formiddable establishment. Huge place--4 or 5 dining rooms, bar, bandstand with a house drum kit and a little PA, t-shirts and trucker hats for sale at the hostess stand. So, yeah--they could boast a little more downhome personality. Feels pretty touristy, and with a bright green exterior on the busiest street in downtown E, it’s not exactly trying to be out of the way. But the servers are kinda hot and the food is just great, especially at the price, and the beer list is totally and completely hip. No BMC, which is unreal for a place that does a lot of sports bar and tourist-ish business in a blue collar town. Think about that. They serve pale lagers and pilsners from craft breweries instead. And they also serve a boatload of other interesting craft stuff; they even had multiple Ninkasi kegs the day I was there. Between good food, good to great beer, and hockey around the corner, I think I’ll be back a lot.
