This place was considered up scale back in the 80s. It was called Sebastians back then. It was a place you went a couple times a year due to price. It became River City Tavern and Grill may be ten years ago. The food was good even when it turned into River City. Big parking lot right in front of the place. Nice brick building with a small creek right in front of the restaurant. Service was always good. Limited number of taps and bottle, and mostly just BMC. This place has closed.

Went here on a whim without much knowledge of what they actually had. I wasn’t really expecting a whole lot and that is exactly what I got. They do have Bass, which I am quite fond of but that is about it. The bar tender was friendly enough but that’s their job. Our food took between 45 minutes and an hour to come out but it was worth the wait. Everything I had was very good. The selection of beer was the common ones available: Budweiser, Coors, and Corona seemed to be the most common. They did have Yuengling, Blue Moon, and Michelob Amber Bock on tap however so it wasn’t a complete let down. A good time was had.
