“Pretty small store on the North side of the city center of Apeldoorn. Free parking nearby on the road side. I visited this shop because they had some new appeared beers, it is one of very few shops to find a local made cider from Twee Broers Brouwen and I was nearby. A lot of open space in the store, scaffolds with beer only at the outer walls. A lot of free space for growing assortment. Existing selection of beers is pretty disappointing. A lot of beers you can find everywhere at better liquor stores. Only a few harder to find ones. Friendly staff, normal prices. Hoping they will expand in the future, for now it's not worth to visit this shop unless you're nearby in my opinion.“

“Visited with beertasting although had most of them allready. Service and explanations were great, notwithstanding the fact they served there quadrupel in a pilsener glace. Worth a new visit.“

“This shopping mall is a nightmare but Mitra Driessen (as it is called) has some ticks for you. Lots of Dutch craft, Belgian classics, some international stuff and some very local stuff.“

“Visited on a quiet Monday night, still enough beer drinkers popping in ordering some specials. Owner is expanding beer list, but wants to stay with Belgium beers only. Interesting. Good discussion with bar tender, nice place.“

“Visited during Giro 2016. Sat outside at the big square, located at the end of the horrible Dutch shopping area in a small street loaded with party cafes (think the Apeldoornse Stratumseind). Usual suspects available and a rather small selection. Service was not really knowledgeable, but at least fast and friendly. Food was good, although it’s tough to miss on a sate in the Netherlands. Doubt I would ever revisit, but maybe for food its a decent recommendation.“

“Located in the heart of a typical horrible Dutch shopping area, this is a gem of a place. Through a small alley you enter in something like a german biergarten. Quiet, relaxed, easy. Wonderful atmosphere. Service is very relaxed and friendly, especially the older lady that runs the place. They might have some test brews available from their homebrew kit, but for the rest its their own Veluwse Schavuyt, of which tap is made in house on a small setup and the bottles are made at de Vlijt a couple of kms further down the road. No food available, just some snacks. A wonderful and peaceful gem in the middle of Apeldoorn. Must visit whenever you consider of going to the centre of Apeldoorn.“

“Typical large-ish supermarket with a "special" beers section. Fair selection of local, Belgian and American beers. Do not expect any rarities, this is a supermarket, after all. No "service" but, friendly cashiers that speak some English at least. Prices are cheap on both beer and foodstuffs. This place is almost the only one that is open after 19:00... Visa card not accepted, bring cash“

“Typical Belgian bar. Not really interesting beers. All The usual suspects, nothing new here. Service is friendly and helpfull. Seem to know the beers as well. Prices are high. Food is better than average pubfood.“

“A Small Mitra stores nearby the local Station. Expect the standard mitra packages of Dutch, Belgian, US and Uk beers. However they do hsve some of the local brews and a few odd items. Seeing the easy access from the station. It’s still worth to make a extra stop if you are in the area and looking for local brews. The odd items in eddition should then be seen as a small extra. Friendly owner,“

“Big place (for a beer pub) with a nice ambiance, but inconvenient table setting. The service was nice although we had to pay for each order repeatedly. The selection offers mainly Belgium beers (as the name of the place already suggests). Every common Abbay beer is there and of course most trappists. I was pleased with the Gulden Draak 9000. Prices are a bit high though. Overall an above average beer pub and I’m wondering if there is a better place for beer in Apeldoorn.“
