Light filtered beer 4.6%, A good lager style beer with slight hop character, Unfiltered Wheat Beer 4.5%, Platinum Unfiltered 4.8% had a nice malt flavour with subtle bitterness ,Dark Unfiltered 5% A Chestnut coloured beer with an excellent caramel taste and slightly burnt aromas, I personally thought this beer was exceptional. Food is standard Kazakh fare, the Sturgeon Shashlik is very good, service is the best I’ve encountered in Kazakhstan. A must visit if in Atyrau.“ |

The Classic is a good example of a nice crisp Pils and the Stout quite sweet and like an English Milk Stout. The Schnaffer seemed to be a maltier version of the Classic, the white wasn’t sampled.
Food is a mix of Kazakh and Western, the list of beer snacks is good and the Vobla very good and well presented. Service was a little slow and they weren’t that busy. You may get a look at the brewery if they are quiet and you ask in your best Russian but photos were not allowed...“ |
