44 /100 Bistro 401 (Restaurant) 6 QUEENS RD Visited on 6th Sep 2019 after trekking around the Titanic Exhibition for over two hours. Three local bottles interested me, my wife and I shared two of them (Whitewater's Belfast Ale and Belfast Lager). It's a foodie place really, but we just had the bottles as we were not hungry. Huge portions seemed to be 'the order of the day' because every plate we saw overflowed with food. Not really a beer destination, but I got two new rates and others might also. |
48 /100 Bistro 401 (Restaurant) 6 QUEENS RD Visited earlier this month. Located inside the touristic titanic museum area, main building. Only Carlsberg and Guinness from tap, couple of local brews on bottle. Good food though and a large coffee for a fair price. Not really a beer place, but it’s possible to have a decent beer with a good meal. |
58 /100 Bistro 401 (Restaurant) 6 QUEENS RD Visited this restaurant after touring the Titanic Museum that it is attached to. Maybe being attached to the museum is why it is a tad overpriced. The burger I ordered was pretty good, as well as the fries and pico de gallo that came with it. I didn’t really understand putting pico with it, but it was actually really nice. They appeared to only offer Belfast Brewery beers. They seemed high in price, so I didn’t get one. It is cool, though, that they only offered a local beer. |
