As mentioned previously, this just looks like a typical gas station, right on the corner of a busy intersections where US 20 makes a sharp turn. It does have a better-than-usual selection for such a place - several Lost Abbey and Jolly Pumpkin choices, half a dozen Founders, etc, but it really isn’t competitive with the several Rockford stores on State St, located just 6-7 miles East. And the prices are at least a buck or two more per large bottle than what you’ll find at Schnucks, Valli or Woodman’s. Worth a trip only if stuck in this town without transportation I’d say.“ |

Once you get in its super clean and they probably have the best selection in town. 5 door cooler, 3 of which are totallt devoted to craft. There is also a large shelf in the beer cave with all kinds of single serve bombers. Most of the employees know their stuff too. Some of their stuff is a little pricey but most is spot on. Worth yhe stop“ |
