“New Brewery (not far to 1700). Jedzonka nie ocenie bo tam nie jadlem, ale zaskoczony jestem iloscia piwa dostepnego w lodowce z butelki, szeroki przekroj, od roznych IPA, APA, pils, lager, borowkowe, miodowe, pszenice i ciemne i jasne i kilka innych. Ogolnie 18 piw robia, z kranu dostepne polowa. Brak podstawek ale robili, tzn szukali ale nic nie znalezli, mila atmosfera przy glownym barze. Moze sie wroci po uzupelnienia. Na koniec browar wyglada jak hotel, niezbyt atrakcyjny i ceny piw nie zadowalajace.“

“Looks like a decrepid shack from the outside, but it's the contents that matter. They have most new Polish releases on offer, some Belgian Lambics, and even the odd American craft beer. The service is normal by Polish standards.“

“Nice mixture of craft beer pub, pancake spot and disco place, 21 taps mainly filled with beers ( couple of them with wines) from all around Poland,. Probably my favorite place in Bielsko-Biala.“

“( visted during COVID pandemic) Nobody from the staff was wearing masks :C , quite over-crowded, nice "retro german"-like interior. Browar Miejski's place so only their beers are available there. Default selection of brewpub styles: weizen. pils etc.“

“Great selection of Polish craft beers, you'll find some imports from CZ and DE too. No American or Belgian stuff. Friendly owner, not sure if she can speak english though. Getting here is a pain in the ass, I recommend parking your car on the local Biedronka parking lot if there's space there. Aside from that, I'm pretty sure that this is the shop with the biggest selection of craft beers in the entire city and the entire region in general. Positively impressed.“

“Nice faux-industrial interior, tidy and cleaned up. Visited in June 2020, they had quite a few patrons on a Wednesday afternoon. A few taps and two fridges full of their bottles. Didn't try the food. You can reach this place with public transport, but coming with a car will be much easier - it's nowhere close to the citycenter! There are bike trails and a forest nearby.“

“They got a thorough make up when they moved from the dimly lit dive bar location next door to their current location. Now they are a centrally located craft bar slash crepes restaurant slash disco. And it is a combination that I truly dig! With 21 taps it has the most extensive beer selection in the city. Quite a conservative one but this is mandatory if you want to survive on the conservative craft beer market in Bielsko. Long bar, good service. The pancakes are really good and not expensive. And the disco events, at least the ones I've been to, are also really good. Nice party atmosphere on weekend evenings, good family restaurant vibe during the day, craft bar mood on weekday evenings. While ecclectic as such, it works really well. The best beery place in Bielsko.“

“Centrally located in the basement of the city's theater, so you might wanna pop in for a pint or two after a play. The interior is very cozy, with warm lighting, comfy furniture and lots of board games. Granted, this one has the feel of an underground, hipsteresque cafe more than a dive bar but it carries craft beers as well - albeit within a limited selection in terms of numbers and variety. Expect low to mid tier Polish craft on tap plus the occasional gem. The food is quite good though, which turns this place into a feasible choice for a family lunch destination.“

“To get here you have to conduct a detour within the city, as the brewery is located in a hotel within the far southern city limits. It might be worth it for the tasty food or the unusual decor, with small scale mobile models of a brewery adorning the taproom's wall. It is not really worth it for the beers unfortunately. The porter was the only example standing out from a list of over a dozen mediocre house beers. And you can get their beers in at least one pub near the castle in the center as well, hence if they don't improve their quality, the motivation for a revisit will be low.“

“Smallish place underneath the castle in Bielsko-Biala. Small bar room and a bigger room with a stage on the side. 10 taps or so, with Pinta dominating and a generally conservative selection. Despite its central location it doesn't seem to be really popular. Fairly quiet (if there is no live gig going on), fairly agreeable.“

“Brew pub close to centre of town, traditional decor with rustic furniture. Brew kit on display as part of the bar. Good service. Five beers on tap from a selection of 22 rotating brews. Styles include lagers and ales. Good food. Decent value. Worth a look for sure.“

“A liquor store with very good selection of spirits, some wine but also not bad choice of craft beers. Around 100 bottles of mainly Polish beers with limited selection of imports. As it’s not a beer dedicated shop there were still some bottles of beers no longer available in well known places. Prices little bit higher then average but still reasonable. Worth to visit.“

“Jeśli chodzi o wybór piwa.Na kranach 6 piw dość standardowe IPy plus pinta miesiąca. W butelkach dużo lepszy wybór. Ceny jak na knajpę bardzo dobre,zwłaszcza za butelkowe. To by było z pozytywów. To co mnie zszokowało to sposób nalewania piwa. Pani lała i jednocześnie łyżeczką wyciągała pianę :D. Myślałem ,że w knajpach z kraftem się tego nie uświadczy. Druga rażąca sprawa.Piwo z butelki zaserwowano w temperaturze jaka była w lokalu :). Ja wiem ,że powinno się pić cieplejsze ale z 22 stopni to chyba przesada niezależnie od stylu piwa.“

“This one has to be on your bucket list when in Bielsko. Located in the very center off the small old town, this is a restaurant with 10 taps carrying a rotational selection of mostly Polish craft beers. The ambience is quite cozy (though I admit, it was not really warm in winter...), the service is good, and the prices are really affordable. The main reason for a visit is their food though - the beef sirloin was marvellous and not expensive at all. Apart from hot and cold dishes, they also have 20+ jars with homemade appetisers, like hermelin, ham&cheese rolls, homemade sausage etc. And what’s better than washing down an excellent dinner with a pint or more of craft beer?“

“Wchodząc do środka zostałem przytłoczony liczbą stojących dokoła baru butelek. Niektóre piwa są już historyczne, ale robi to przyjemne wrażenie. Pomieszczenie z kontuarem jest delikatnie rozświetlone, ściany i sufit zielone, a podłoga rywalizuje z pokrytą drewnem ścianą o to, które z nich bardziej przypominają typowo czeską gospodę. Drugie pomieszczenie wygląda znacznie przyjemniej i przytulniej, ale tam tylko zajrzałem. W tym pierwszym miałem wrażenie bycia w ruchliwym przedziale pociągu, gdzie nie domyka się okno, a drzwi wciąż rozsuwają nowe osoby czyhające na moje miejsce. No ale taki urok lokalu, którego zewnętrzne stoliki schowane są właśnie w podcieniach, a ludzie kursują między świeżym powietrzem a toaletą. Za barem znajduje się dziesięć kranów oraz jedna pompa, a także - jak wspomniałem - sporo butelek. Jest w czym wybierać. Moją uwagę przykuły różne marynowane sery, grzybki, owijacze, patrzyłem i się śliniłem, choć byłem pojedzony.“

“W Środku zachwyciło mnie wszystko. Wystrój jest ciekawie pomyślany i konsekwentny. Przede wszystkim wrażenie robią niewysokie, łukowe sklepienia, dużo źródeł ciepłego światła oraz przytulna atmosfera. Ciężkie drewniane meble zestawione są z tymi wykonanymi jakby domowym sumptem z palet. Palety już się trochę oklepały, ale tu są ozdobione świetnymi dodatkami, a całość najzwyczajniej gra. Za barem znajduje się dziesięć kranów i wybór może nie poraża (no bo tylko dziesięć kranów, a ja już jestem wybredny i rozpieszczony), ale jest tu to co trzeba - coś "zwykłego" i taniego, cydr i mały przegląd polskiego kraftu, a także - co mnie bardzo ucieszyło - piwo z lokalnego browaru restauracyjnego. Czad. Poza tym stojąca w kącie spora lodówka kusi licznymi butelkami. Co jest bardzo ważne? Ano to, że możemy za pół ceny zamówić połowę objętości dużej szklanki. Okazało się, że jedzenie też jest dobre. W Środku podobało się i mnie, i Gosi, i mojej mamie, i czteroletniej Lilce. To chyba wystarczający argument, by jak najszybciej się tam udać - ze znajomymi lub w gronie rodziny.“

“The best place to try good beer in Bielsko-Biała. They brew oatmeal stout, american pale ale (also "india" version"), red ale, brown ale, weizen and much more! The beers are tasty but mild. I visit them at the time of brewing so the pub was full of boiled hops aroma. I had a chance to see the brewer during his work (very nice and smart guy). Check their website if you’re curious which kinds of beer are available.“

“Tucked into a corner of the market square, it is nice to look at from the outside, the ground level and cellars are not really cozy though. The best is to aim directly at the attic which has wooden decor and a nice, homely feeling to it. Really pleasant to sit in such surroundings. The service is friendly and fast, the food is a tad expensive but good and the beer... well, the weizen was very good, the rest wasn’t. But popping in for a dinner and washing it down with a pint of their weizen is definitely a good idea. Plus, they have rotating seasonals, ales mostly, so it’s possible they will come up with an additional good beer in the future. APRIL 2019 UPDATE: Good food, bigger beer selection, horrible beers. The Pils was served while still fermenting, the Dark was a complete disaster. Might be better to choose a regular restaurant with regular corporate beers over this one, sadly.“
