46 /100 Braustube im Gasthaus Traube (Restaurant) RADOLFZELLER STR. 2 On the main road facing into the street that runs directly to the train station and lake, it's hard to miss this orange-cream building standing alone with its name painting with big letters on the wall. Its entrance is through its beer garden at its side - basically a collection of covered chairs and tables, this leads into a kitchen-diner where a fridge full of bottled traditional styled brews, however it's not the most exciting of places early on an afternoon as it's mainly a guesthouse, not a bar. |
76 /100 Braustube im Gasthaus Traube (Restaurant) RADOLFZELLER STR. 2 Cosy and quite small brewpub/restaurant in the Lake Constance village of Ludwigshafen. Only a few tables in this small, traditional pub with a modern touch, with view into the open kitchen. Very friendly staff. The chef prepares delicious local food, everything homemade, e.g. Dinnele (a southern German style yeast dough flatbread with cheese, onions, bacon etc) but also Wurstsalat, schnitzel and potato salad and lots more. Two to three of their homemade beers on tap, including one seasonal. Highly recommended if you are in the area. |
