“Very nice add-on liquor store to the new grocery store in Brooklyn Park. I went in just to take a look around, not expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised at the size of the beer coolers. Huge walk-in space, walk-in wine cellar, loads of six packs and bombers in glass front coolers. One of the biggest selections for a "make-your-own" six-pack that I’ve seen anywhere. Very helpful and friendly staff. Value seemed about average for the area--some beers marked down, while others were more expensive. Looks like they’re all set up to offer tastings, etc., once the ball gets rolling. Will have to stop by in a few months and see if they’ve kept up with this very impressive start.**Unfortunately, they seem to have re-set much of the beer cooler for wine coolers and hard lemonades. Much of the beer selection that used to be here is gone. Still, I have found both Toppling Goliath King Sue and Supa' Sumo here recently, along with interesting finds from Pipeworks and, lately, Firestone Walker, so...** **Re-Rating again, as of 12/1/23. What was once one of the best singles coolers in the Twin Cities is no more. They do still occasionally get in some interesting beer, but the focus is largely on Twin Cities and regional breweries now and a lot of the beer cooler has been given over to ciders and White Claw imitators, which is unfortunate.**“
