50 /100 Kaviareň Limi (Bar) CEREŠNOVÁ 6, CIERNA VODA Ok, it’s hard to run bar with craft beers if you are very near to Jama. Any way not bad place for neighborhood drinking, but not worth for detour, unless you are in Jama and you have 15-20 minutes for having few Slovak or Czech ticks. |
60 /100 Kaviareň Limi (Bar) CEREŠNOVÁ 6, CIERNA VODA Normally would not bother to mention this place but if you happen to be in this area (as I was) on one of the few days when Pivovar Jama is closed (as I was), it is pretty much the only place where you have a chance to get anything other than the usual local lagers. Looks more like a cafe than a bar (the clue is in the name I guess). The lady behind the bar did not speak English but luckily a couple of friendly locals did. When I was here they had 4 taps, mostly Czech rather than Slovak beer, one of which was a decent IPA from Chomout. They also had some Belgian beers in bottles but most things on their list seemed to be out. Prices of draft stuff were very reasonable, bottles a bit more expensive. The bottles also included the Pardubicky Porter. Overall not a bad refuge in the area. |
60 /100 PEZINSKÁ 5 - ČIERNA VODA Quite strange brewpub located in small local industrial zone. Very simple interior. 4 beers were pretty decent though. |
72 /100 PEZINSKÁ 5 - ČIERNA VODA Place is located near Bratislava, you have to use public transport. Ambiance is simple, but OK. Beers are in good condition. meals are tasty, classical pub fare. And priced for beers are simply amazing, lowest prices for craft beer in area, maybe in Slovakia I know that this place is really too far from center, but definitely for me recommended place. |
