“Big place. Cavernous. A few rarities but not many. I kinda prefer the kind of stores that cram everything into as tight a place as they can. This isn't that place, but it is a good selection. Tons of 6 and 12 packs. Good singles selection in small format. Large format singles are available but a little lacking. Good local selection. Prices solid, and they have some decent sales. Staff were all friendly. Good COVID protocols. Recommended if in the area.“

“I presume this is the original location, but they have a few now. Located in a nice area along with JL Beers, Drumcoranth, and a few other places. Lots of interesting taps within a block or two. Big place. Staff friendly. I had just eaten but the menu looks awesome if you like German food (I plan to return later after Drekker and, yes, I will judge them by their jagerschnitzel). Big beer list. Lots of seasonals, a good smattering of local and ND beers. Flights available for about $8 for a 4 x 4-5 ounce. Beer prices a touch high but not bad. Overall, worth a stop.“

“Recommended by some Fargo folks I ran into at Eponymous Brewing. Very close to the hotel. Stopped by for "breakfast." Had an omelet off their all day brunch menu. It was good but lacked seasoning. 16 taps, lots of locals. 4 taps had kicked, but it was just a weekend, so. Had a milk stout from MN and a Fargo Brewing radler. Staff was nice. Prices a touch high. Kinda cool place. Lower level, and they have a cool patio at the bottom of the stairs. Lots of various rooms. Very long place. Comfortable. Not a premiere stop but worth stopping by for a meal.“

“Near my hotel and recommended for food by Wild Terra. Well, the food was hot, and fresh, but uninspired and under-seasoned. Bartender was excellent... Friendly and taking care of a VERY large place efficiently by himself. Clearly he needed another person. If it had been busy (it wasn't) he'd have been screwed, and that's no reflection on him. I fault him for being human, but that's it. Service was excellent. 50 beers on tap, and only a couple macros. Samples were given freely and prices were good overall. Some less common things on tap. Looks like a small amount of parking in the back of the place. As others have said, it's huge, but it's kinda bland. Overall, nice stop, fine food, good beer selection.“

“Ended up here because Drekker was closed for an employee training. Nice place. Upscale. FABULOUS bar taken from the same tree as one or two of the tables. I sat downstairs but there is also an upstairs and allegedly a patio, but it was a rainy day. Friendly staff and I had a nice conversation with the cider maker. Interesting talk about how to run a cidery in a place that doesn't have orchards. Several of their own ciders on tap. All good quality and lots of variety. 3 guest ciders and I was happy to see a Basque cider on tap (sadly, not carbonated in the traditional manner, though they did tell me they considered adding a single tap about 3 feet above the others). Prices solid. No food due to COVID, but they have a nice looking menu on the website. Recommended. All in all there's a nice little scene growing up here in Fargo.“

“Definite warehouse brewery. Small tasting room. Nicely appointed. I was all by myself and then with a few other patrons and no staff for about 10 minutes, but then service was excellent. 20-ish beers on tap. Tried several and quality was very good across the board and across several different styles. No food. Their parking lot seems to be under construction but it looks like parking is easy. No flights, but pints are reasonably priced and samples were offered freely. Kinda slow paced on a rainy Sunday afternoon but I bet this place can get pretty bangin. Overall recommended.“

“Near my hotel, which is nice. Reminds me of the Jack Brown's chain. Long, narrow place. Bar with a grill right behind. Staff was all friendly, and all were wearing masks, even over that hot grill. Kudos. Burger was freaking tasty. Large beer list and some less uncommon stuff (aged La Folie, a cask from Lupulin). Prices are okay. Overall recommended, and near Drumcoranth for a nice 1-2.“

“The beer selection is pretty good but very few ND beers were available in singles. According to the helpful staff person, they only have single from six packs below certain price. Fargo brewing made the cut but not Drekker. Still I ended up with a few 4 packs from Drekker and Half Brother (a brewery recommended by the staff person. Overall, it was a worthwhile stop even though it did not result in 50 new ND ticks.“

“Cool little bottle shop with not the largest selection, but a well-curated one. A bunch of rarer BA stuff from the region (mostly MI and MN), some Belgians, and some Dakota stuff. Worth a visit when in town.“

“Really great bar in downtown Fargo, with a spiffy setup and pretty much the ideal ticking place too. Almost 30 on tap, with over half devoted to local ND, SD and MN beers. Flights of 4 of most beers available for $7++; the more expensive beers are available only in half-pints for a reasonable amount. Super friendly staff. This is a must-stop when in town.“

“Massive industrial place with a small tasting area on one end. A dozen or so beers on tap, with flights of 4 available for $7, a good deal. Service was good, albeit slow. Beers were alright - the stand-out was surely the coconut stout. Worth hitting if in town.“

“Expansive place just outside the city centre, with stories of seating and the brewing facilities adjacent to the tasting area. I haven’t been to the other one, so I can’t compare, but beer-wise, Drekker probably gets my vote for best brewery in town. Only 7 beers on tap - some interesting fruited spurs on tap being the highlights. No flights, but they do individual 6 oz pours for $2.50-3.50, and will offer free samples. Decent service. Definitely worth visiting if in town.“

“In the southern part of the town, close to Prairie Rose Meadery, this place is located in a quiet strip mall. Medium-sized place, with 10 beers on tap. Flights of 4 available for $7++. Service was extremely friendly. Beer quality not so great, but more or less drinkable. Okay stop.“

“What an absolute gem this place is. A meadery in North Dakota - yep. And it’s a damn good one. I was greeted by the super nice Bob, one of the two people who run this. They do flights of 4 x 1 oz pours for $6, but Bob was generous enough to let me try whatever I wanted - and there were over 20 products. The mead quality is honestly excellent - certainly way above average as far as North American meaderies go. Of course, they sell bottles to go for a pretty reasonably price as far as mead goes. If you’re anywhere near here, you must visit.“

“Nice local chain. Beer and burger bar with pretty good selection of primarily midwestern brews. Jess and I didn't try the burgers, sadly, because they looked pretty good. We'll have to give them a shot the next time we're in Fargo.“

“A nice brewpub in a strip mall. A large, open space with plenty of seating. There are TVs. They have a decent sized tap list, though mostly usual styles. I tried the pale ale, helles, porter, and vienna and all were decent. The food menu is fairly small (appetizers, meat/cheese plates, salads, sandwiches). I had tomato soup and a cranberry turkey salad (which was pretty small and not very filling). I also had a brownie with ice cream (the ice cream was good, the brownie was rather average). Overall an average stop to me. The beer is ok but not great, same with the food.“

“Easily the best beer bar in Fargo. Pretty new place, just a few doors down from Rhombus Guys. Street parking is easier here than near Drekker, but we always arrived by Lyft. Inside is a long bar, a small stage next to it where they had live music during our first visit, and there’s a balcony type area as well. 29 taps, mostly quality craft, with a few beers labeled as quaffers. Flights of four are, if I remember correctly, ten bucks, but a few beers are not eligible for flights (but can be done as half pints). No food except popcorn like snax, but Rhombus Guys will bring you a pizza, or you can order in from elsewhere. Friendly staff, mostly young clientele. Now a must-visit while in Charlotte. I stopped in three times in four days.“

“This is actually a hotel with a nice rooftop bar with grilled food, but only one beer. The lobby bar had a much better selection, but I had to sneak in before a live music event with a $15 cover. I would definitely go back. 5-8-12-9-8-14 on 6-16-2012. OK, lobby bar. Six beers on tap, verbal menu, which wouldn’t be a problem except that the lone run-ragged barman took ten minutes to get to me, and left twice to make mixed drinks. Shaker pints only. Very limited bottle menu. Tasty food, but a 20 minute wait on a Sunday evening. There are better beer places in Fargo now. Eat here then go to Front Street, which sadly I cannot add to Ratebeer.“

“This place was perfectly adequate for our needs - we were looking for sixers of ND and SD beers and they had multiple choices of both. Small mixed six section, just one shelf really. One entire cooler devoted to craft bombers. Worth a look if you’re in the area.“

“Pretty decent sized working meadery with a smallish tasting room. Almost two dozen meads on offer, in flights of four. On the weekend if you buy a bottle the flight is free. Meads varied in style and ingredients, all were well done, some were very nice indeed. Friendly proprietor. Steady flow of regular customers the entire time we were there. Charcuterie and cheese plates available, we didn’t partake. Well worth a stop.“

“Right next to Drekker and Front Street, and Pound Burgers, so you can hit several good places in one fell swoop. Street parking, usually within a few blocks. Long bar with lots of beers, a handful of bar tables that still have table service, and some restaurant tables. Beer list is pretty decent, changes frequently. Flights of four are $10.50, $11.50 for Europeans. Sausages are tasty, and the pierogies were good as well. Very young servers were friendly and efficient. Worth a look.“

“The taproom is just th front space of the production brewery, giant pallets of cans everywhere. 10 minute walk from downtown. Picnic tables inside and out, nice space. Flights of four or full pours available. They had two beers that the alehouse location did not have, and they had cans also. very dog friendly - lots of dogs, all fighting with each other. I love dogs, I just don’t like most dog owners. Still, worth a stop. If you have to choose between their two locations, come here and skip the alehouse.“

“In a light industrial area, sort of remote. Tons of parking. Small warehouse or maybe large storage space style with a small patio and a Hamm’s truck with one exterior tap. Flights of three (even though the paddles have four slots). Beers definitely need work, the most work of any local brewery. Friendly efficient staff. No food. Give them time.“

“I think the law requires breweries to be located in strip malls in ND, not sure. This one complies. Large space on the front end of a production facility. Medium sized bar plus restaurant tables/ Owner/brewer at the bar, so it was a pleasure to discuss both the beers and the beer scene in the region. Nine beers on offer, flights of four or full pours. Beers were tasty enough, maybe still need to evolve a bit. No food (other than popcorn), but there’s plenty in the area and most nearby restaurant will deliver to the brewery, including (very soon ) Applebee’s, which also serves a couple of their beers. Definitely one to keep an eye on.“

“In a strip mall, so there’s plenty of parking. Medium sized bar and a bunch of restaurant tables. Very quiet on a Wednesday lunchtime. Nine beers on offer, in pints or flights of four. Food was decent enough sandwiches and some snax. Friendly service. Not sure if the beers are different than the ones on tap downtown, but I’ll find that out today. If beers are different, it gives you more of a reason to come out here on your way to the other breweries in West Fargo (none of which open at lunchtime).“

“Great German themed restaurant with amazing sausages...in fact Wurst is a must visit if you like sausages! Try the spicy Italian and the Kielbasa for sure...but also try the game sausage...I had the Elk with cheese in it...excellent. They have very good sides too. On top of the great food...there is a very strong list of local, regional, and national draft beers (including Deschutes for instance). If you want to do Fargo right craftbeer-wise...and you need to eat while you do...so do the burgers at JL Beer for lunch and the sausages at Wurst for dinner. Additionally, the place is a lot of fun...crowded in a good way on the Friday night I visited...service was still good though.“

“Good brewery in a warehouse area on the outskirts of town. Located in an old industrial building. Small taproom in the front looking into all the brewing equipment with an outdoor area with tables roped off in the parking lot. They had 12 beers when I visited. I thought their Iron Horse APA was excellent. I also enjoyed the Woodchipper IPA (great name for a Fargo beer...lol!), Aquacops apricot wheat ale, the Wind Swept Belgium style witbeer (their spelling), and the collaboration with Laughing Sun called Collaboration Sai-sun French farmhouse saison. The staff here is great...excellent service. When I visited there was a yoga class in the back of the brewery. They have a deal where you pay for a yoga class and get a pint of beer at the end...good marketing. So I was drinking with a lot of good-looking flexible people in leotards holding a pint in one hand and a rolled up yoga mat in the other...lol!“

“I’m sure its the best place in Fargo, but if you are a card carrying beer nerd, you will be disappointed in the bomber selection. I did get a nice saison from Canada and they had A Deal With the Devil in the cooler - for $43.99. WTF? I asked the guy if it was a typo and he said that it was a really rare beer. I’m guessing its been sitting there for a while and will continue to do so. Did see staff cart and carry out cases for folks, which is pretty cool. They had Mango-a-rita and the lady in front of me bought 2 cases of Coors lemon shandy. Barf.“
