Main room downstairs, and with a few benches and chairs outside - very comfortable in sunny weather. 33 tap lines, fine selected when it comes to abv strength, countries and styles. Well, quite many neipa beers at my stay. Apart from Norwegian craft beers, there were beers from USA, Germany, Spain, England, Denmark, Sweden, and Ireland on my stay. Some of the latest arrivals from many of the breweries. The draught beers can served in a sample tray of four tasters, or in separate sizes. The tap menu is supported by a huge selection of bottles and cans placed in sections for stout, porters, sour beers and so on. Dark wooden interiors in a rather cozy atmosphere. Clean toilets conditions. Attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable service. Very satisfied with my stay at TÆPS! (Visited with Frau Eva, 06.07.2021).“ |

Solid tap selection and a lovely bottle selection. You will definitely find something that will make you happy here. Very central location by the harbor. 15 min walk from the train station and about 5 min walk from the buss station. You can play some card game if you like or some of the old computer games. Nice retro touch. Hungry? No problems. You can actually bring your own food here! So eat whatever you want, play some board game or just talk some bullshit with your friends. Have a great time at TÆPS!“ |

Located within an industrial estate, you need to get a hardhat and pass to get in. Very new and modern brewery - everything is clean as can be. There’s a little tasting room at the front where one of the brewers was super generous in letting us taste everything on draft and a couple of bottles. Beer quality isn’t the best but it’s certainly competent. What a phenomenal experience this was. Thanks to Cunningham for arranging it and taking us there, and thanks to the brewery for their generosity!“ |

Prices are the same as any other Vinmonopolet of course. Extremely friendly service, which has been the norm for all the Vinmonopolets we’ve stopped at. Worth a stop when in Fredrikstad.“ |

We were a group of twenty and got the tour, some snacks and got to sample several of their beers. Don’t think everyone can expect this kind of service though. They’re about to move to a different location soon, which is really good, as the place they have know should never housed a brewery in my opinion. It’s an old oil factory, and it’s greasy and messy everywhere except for where the brewery is.“ |

Det som er svært positivt er atmosfæren, beliggenheten, tilgangen på lokale produkter og interessante gjestetapp fra tid til annen. Havnelageret får en klar anbefaling, og dersom utviklingen fortsetter kan dette bli et virkelig bra sted.“ |

We were friendly received and the brewery people told us about their brewing philosophy. We got to taste six of their ales, all of them well crafted. Håpet er at det virkelig satses riktig igjen etter mange fattige år. Når servitøren påstår han vil servere en IPA blonde så tenker en jo sitt. Han var nok bare stresset av åpningsnerver og at ett tappetårn ikke virket.
Fine moderne lokaler og bra utvalg.
Håper treet vokser inn i himmelen.

Varnaveien er fortsatt best i Østfold, men denne får en delt 2 plass sammen med Roma i Askim.
Fordelen med denne er at jeg kjører forbi den hver dag :-))“ |
