“Visited 22nd January 2016 - small brewery near to Arras. Mathieu the brewer is really friendly and happy to share his passion with you. His idea is to make all the beer at the same place (growing grain, malting, brewing). The brewery is also a farm and a small malthouse. Mathieu is more than a brewer is his also farmer and maltster. The brewery is small and when I visited it, it was before the crowdfunding to expense the brewery. I really love to see passionate people and Mathieu is maybe the most passionate guy I met about growing, malting and brewing. Thanks Mathieu.“
