“Visited on Sunday 17/04/16 around 12.30 mid day. Village local freehouse dispensing 3 cask beers via hand pump. Popular with walkers, due to its location in the Chiltern Hills, the pub was doing a fair trade for Sunday lunch. A large beer garden supplements the two roomed pub. Regular beer is Rebellion IPA from Marlow with guests from Dent and Chiltern. The Chiltern Nut Brown mild was in fine fettle. Service prompt and friendly - help yourself to olives on the bar. Overall - not a go to destination but a decent pit stop if you are walking or passing through the area.“
