66 /100 GRONGVEGEN 10 I tried to visit this combined brewery and deli store last summer too. This year I made an appointment in advance and the brewer himself opened up for me to visit. This place has very limited opening hours! Once a week or something. He and his wife live nearby at a farm and are more than willing to open for visitors if some of them are at home. In the store they sell all kind of products made from meat from the farm. The nano brewery is in the kitchen. Five different bottles available at my visit. Very friendly and talkative service. Always fun to purchase beers from a brewery hardly anyone has heard about! Good beers? To be honest, they ranged from decent to really bad, sadly. Still, this is the only place to get these beers so I recommend a visit. Very easy to find near the main road E6. (Visited August 2nd 2022 |
34 /100 Vinmonopolet Grong (Beer Store) GRANVEGEN 12 Do not expect finding something new here! Only about 40 beers and ciders. Convenient stop along E6 and far to the next Vinmonopolet bottle shop. (Visited July 8th 2021) |
56 /100 Vinmonopolet Grong (Beer Store) GRANVEGEN 12 Besøk Aug2017. Pretty limited selection of beers compared to other Trøndelag 'Polets, missing e.g. Alstadberger due to lack of demand for real specialities. Nice enough little selection of DE/UD
S imports and bigger Norwegian craft players. Friendly service compared to a few other state-employed service forces in this odd chain seaming the country from South to North. |
