78 /100 KERVÉGUEN Cidery + shop. You can visit the barrelrooom and orchard for free, there's a folder with info and you can walk around freely and check out the place. The place! It's by far the most beautiful farm/cidery/brewery I've ever visited. There's some nice pictures on Google maps, but you just have to go here to experience it, it's an amazing looking very old farm.
The owner is super friendly and very passionate. He has 3 ciders, and a bunch of associated stuff (vingar, juice, strong alcohol, and some local beers). Ciders are expensive (10-13 euro a bottle) but world class. Free samples. The owner asked as to keep an eye on the place for 5 minutes while he was attending to one of the chambers they rent out, and gave us a free glass of the Cuvée Carpe Diem to enjoy while doing so. Very generous. Amazing place if you have even a passing interest in cider or old farms. |
