“On my way back from a stop at Hill Farmstead Brewery, I stopped here. Personally, I thought it was an exceptionally clean well lit place. Service was good but on a Wednesday afternoon, there wasn’t much going on. My Carcass pizza was absolutely excellent. I had a Fiddlehead IPA which is becoming a little bit of a go to for me when I can’t find anything else making me say, yeah, the beer selection leaves a bit to be desired. Not a bad place, probably could go back only when I’m in Hardwick.“

“This is only worth a stop if you’re in the area. pizza is good but the beer selection is just not great. Convenient but not worth seeking out.“

“Stopped in on a recent visit to Hill Farmstead. We were not disappointed. Great, great selection of local VT brews as well as some other New England selections. Good prices and food. Service was excellent. “

“Very similar set up to the Montpelier location, the look and feel are basically identical. 12 taps almost all VT beers, but lower end stuff, nothing to impress. 10 miles from HF you’d think they be able to have their beers on but they don’t. The food is ok, but this isn’t really much to write home about.“

“The poorest of the three locations, selection wise - although as noted below, this is due to the demographics here. There are good beers to be had, with daily specials and lovely ambience to add to the experience of the excellent food here. One of the best, closest options for food to or from Hill Farmstead.“

“Another cog in the PP empire. We really liked the wood-fired flavor of the pizza here... something that the other 2 PP locations should look into... the food was excellent! The beer selection was OK, but not inspired... not that surprising for where it is ("Bud" territory)... still some good selections. Very good service, in spite of the place being busy/full when we were there. Have friends in the area and we WILL be back...“

“Came in on a Friday night with a few other people. The wait for a table of five wasn’t too bad and allowed a couple of us to grab a few beers from the bar in the meantime. Tap list here was pretty good, a number of local Vermont things, including some Hill Farmstead. Overall 16-20 taps, most all of it decent stuff. The pizza was good, but not great. I’d definitely take Parker Pie over this place the next time I’m in the area. Service was good, staff was friendly, and the company was excellent. Might be worth a stop, but if it’s a toss up between here and Parker, I’d personally go to Parker.“

“The third branch of this regional pizza joint is very similar to the others. There are more taps here than in Montpelier, but I thought the overall quality of the selections not as good. Still, for the area, and considering the ability to get Hill Farmstead on tap, combined with very good pizza, this is a worthy stop. We had some serious kitchen staff delays, but that happens everywhere. The bartender was incredibly nice about the issue.“

“After enjoying a glass of their mead the night before, we stopped in to try the others and grab a bottle. A very friendly distiller talked with us and shared all of their products. In addition to three fruit meads, they also offer honey-based vodka and gin, both of which were very good. They’re relatively new and I think their products are well above average.“
