“Have visited here more times than I care to mention, in fact I was surprised that it hadn’t been added before or indeed that I hadn’t rated it. The front bar has about 8 handpumps on usually showcasing 4-5 from the Leadmill and or Bottlebrook breweries which are brewed by Richard one of the owners of this pub. The beer range increases by another 8 or so beers at weekends when the RuRAD bar opens at the back, usually most of these are on gravity and feature a varied and interesting selection from the locality or further afield, Steel City and Oakham beers are frequently available. Friendly pub (this is my dad’s local) great prices and a pub that you would be delighted to have as your local.“
