“Visited fairly early on a Sunday afternoon on the way home from PA. Heide gave us the requisite tour (gotta love NJ laws). After our quick tour we sat at the bar to try the samples. With 7 beers on (plus one "blend"), we were able to try them all with 2-->4 beer samplers. Both the people working here were very friendly and happy to talk beer, which is always a plus. Overall, I liked my experience. Definitely worth a stop if you are anywhere near the area.“

“ Asked S*ri on *phone for directions to the nearest brewpub. She suggested a few and Angry Erik was on our way home. No-one in our team new the place. When we headed in a light industrial zoning, we wondered if S*ri had a few beers to many. Signage is limited from the front and with parking in the back and alongside the building, we assumed the place was closed. Wrong. Angy Erik is a home grown micro-brewery located in a leased section of and industrial building. We entered a busy place with families, couples, friends busy sampling ales served from a small bar in the front of the narrow hall. We were greeted by the owner Erik and he guided us on a tour of his operation and we had a pleasant conversation on ingredients, taste and manufacturing. He made draft ale suggestions, based on our personal preferences. Angry Erik does not bottle beers, yet sell to local walk up customers and through regional New Jersey bars. 8 draft ales are on tap for tasting in pints with choice of growler and grunt fills. We mixed a set of pints and 4-for-$6 sampler sets. Each confirmed their favorites, brews with herbs or spices, creating unique flavors. The beer names are weird as unique. Visitors can sit in the front near the bar and at additional seating in the back, which is right in the actual brewery. Bring your own food (BYOF) and enjoy a fresh ale or use references in the brewery for local take-out food. Fortunately there no distracting TVs and the atmosphere is honest by patrons. “Update...went back a month & a half later...the offerings are definitely getting stronger. Five beers on tap today...including an amazing DIPA called "Hop & Awe" at 10.3%. Additionally a great new stout, Belgium Golden, and pale ale. They have come far fast! Original review: New craft brewery in NJ...just opened Feb 15th. Only 3 beers so far...amber, porter, IPA...but a stout is coming shortly. Nice initial offerings. The owner Erik is Norwegian...so that’s the theme. Love to see NJ craft beer growing. Please support this new brewery...they are certainly deserving.“

“New brewery in Lafayette. So far they only have three beers on tap, but all ranged from slightly better than average to solid. They seem to be experimenting a bit with their porter which is a good sign. I’m looking forward to seeing how this place develops. Nice clean new looking facility. Worth a visit if you are in the area.“
