Staff are friendly and the food is good, if a bit pricey. It’s a nice small pub with a good fireplace, snug and garden, though the emphasis is on eating. The landlord gets extra points (and has won awards) for being a stalwart of the local community, including having a new community shop in the pub’s car park.“ |
