“Great atmosphere, very relaxed and welcoming. The staff is knowledgeable and passionate. Ramsey’s has an updated beer menu that is informative and interesting to read. Truly a must stop place for anyone in Iowa! Also free WIFI!“

“Excellent selection. Getting a lot more craft beers in. Walk-in cooler. Mix your own six pack.“

“A hidden gem in Marion. No taps that I saw, but a nice small listing of craft bottles including Mikkeller, Youngs, Rogue and Chimay, all reasonably priced. The owners are usually there when I go and the food (salads and paninis) are quite good. A bigger selection of wine and a good oil selection as this is more of a wine bar. Relaxing atmosphere and dedicated staff make this a fun place to go for lunch or dinner and they have an open mic night as well.“

“If you reside in Marion, this is the place to go for your beer. I have not yet talked to anyone who is terribly knowledgeable about the craft yet, although to be fair, I haven’t really asked. The beer selection is very good for the Cedar Rapids area, which unfortunately doesn’t say a whole lot. They have good selections of most of the larger micros (Sierra Nevada, Sam Adams, etc.), a few selections from breweries like Bells, Left Hand, and Goose Island, an underwhelming section of Belgians, and a small selection of Germans. I mainly go to their BYO 6-pack selection, where in the past I have found Midas Touch, all of the high proof Unibroues, Rogues, Ommagang’s Witte, among others at the price of $9/6-pack. It’s hit or miss though, sometimes the selection in the pick 6 is just rubbish.“
