At our visit there were about 95 variants to choose from, including some interesting Finnish craft beers. The store is located in a little modern brick building very close to the main road (E8) leading up to the Norwegian border. Very friendly service from a hard working woman on job. Living in Tromsø, we order most of our Finnish beers for this Alko store to have them delivered at the border shop in Kilpisjärvi. It’s more than two hours drive from Tromsø to Kilpis and another two hours from Kilpis to Muonio (visited on our way home from Luleå, via Kemi, Keminmaa, Tornio, Pello and Kolari calling at every Alko store on the way, 26.05.2014).“ |
