“Driving back to Minneapolis from New Ulm, I see a sign for a town called New Prague. There has to be a brewery in this town I say to myself. There is, and It is a rather large building at the very far end of this small town in the middle of nowhere. Mostly German style lagers but there is a milk stout and IPA on tap. Lots of long communal tables. No food but you can bring your own. Only had one beer here and the bartender was super friendly and asked where I was from and how I found the place. I don't know if I would come out of my way to go here but this was a nice brief visit.“

“This place is just okay, but just opened. Beers were marginal. Some were decent, some had some flaws. No flights (although I managed to get one). Give it time.“
