“The "pub at the end of the world" is what I call it. In truth it is a museum-like homage to great pubs, with a locally made carved wooden bar and lots of great pubby bric-a-brac. The thing to do is call the number for directions or see if you can hitch a ride with somebody. Joe usually has 3 to 5 Costa Rican-made craft beers on draft plus whatever bottles he can get his hands on. Not a business per se, more like a hobby that he and Helena share with the public, and the low prices are what helps them keep it going. Besides the cozy interior there is an open-air party terrace with commanding views of the surrounding hills and jungle. The place is a jewel.“
