“Located in what used to be an old factory (the tower in the name is actually what looks more like an old chimney). Not extremely easy to spot, but there’s plenty of places for parking nearby. The pub is a single, tall hall, with wooden tables, a punk-rock looking design, graffiti on the walls, garage rock in the air, just a really loud place. They also have bands playing during weekends. There’s a good selection of beers, 8 taps and a handpump, which change from time to time. They also have beers produced especially for the pub by Birrificio Sant’Andrea in Vercelli. They regularly host interesting beer events such as tastings, new beer presentations, homebrewing competitions and more. It really has made the beer scene in Novara much more interesting.“

“tipica birreria bavarese. Ambiente originale bell’’atmosfera. Ovviamente le birre proposte sono tutte tedesche provenienti dal birrificio Augustiner. Sempre presenti pils, dunkel, weizen. Cucina basata sulo stile tedesco Il servizio è buono. La qualità del cibo è sufficiente. Per chi ama il genere vale la pena fare un giro.“

“A place that fully reflects the Bavarian atmosphere. A 5 minute drive from Novara city center, beers and dishes of gunther stube will make you believe you are in germany. Draft beers and a few bottles all strictly Teutonic dishes such as elaborated dishes. I personally believe that the kitchen is a little ’quality declined in the last two years but generous portions and always beautifully presented dishes. Local clean and staff very efficient .Average – high prices for a full dinner. Once in a while. Locale che rispecchia in pieno l’atmosfera bavarese. A 5 minuti d’auto dal centro di Novara, birre e piatti di gunther stube vi faranno credere di essere in proprio germania. Birre alla spina e qualche bottiglia tutte rigorosamente teutoniche come i laboriosi piatti della cucina. Personalmente credo che la cucina sia un po’ calata di qualità negli ultimi 2 anni, porzioni sempre abbondanti e piatti ben presentati. Locale pulitissimo e personale veramente efficiente. prezzi medio – alti per una cena completa. Una volta ogni tanto .“
