80 /100 Bell (Bar) GT.WITLEY TO CLOWS TOP ROAD, B4202 Lovely rural pub on the road to nowhere. Multi-roomed place all served from the main bar area, to your right as you enter the place. Friendly Landlord, wife and regulars: conversation being the order of the day, every day.Only been here twice but the cask ales were tip-top on both occasions and different each time. Local and regional brews on-tap: Hobsons, Wood’s, Wye Valley and Bewdley being the local brews on 6th Sep 2014, beers from Dartmoor and Timothy Taylor the not so local cask offerings. did not notice the keg fonts. All the rooms are neat, clean and tidy, with a large dining room set aside for those who wish to eat. A CAMRA award winning pub and rightly so. |
