“Despite being singled out as the best beer store in New Jersey, this place sucked. First, getting there involved a slow crawl in bridge traffic through a pretty sketchy looking neighborhood. Next, you walk into a dark uninviting space. Then, when I asked if they had NJ craft beer singles, which prompted a response of “is that a wine?” After this communication failure, he waved me in the direction of a cooler. The only singles were 19.2’s from mostly macro breweries. On shelve there were some dusty Belgian beers, but nothing interesting. Meh.“

“Visit date: 6/18/22 Only made a quick stop here for a couple of beers. Nice spot. When you walk in there's an ordering bar right there. Set-up nicely for to-go or stay in. Take the beer with you around the side, to a nice tasting room area completely with bar shuffleboard, or out back to a very large backyard with tons of seating. Nice vibe to the place. Friendly people working here (seemed like they were all from the family that owns the place). Would definitely return if I was in the area, especially on a nice weather day.“

“On my way back to Vermont from PA (visiting my parents), I used ratebeer to see what beer places were enroute along RT 78. Lo and behold, this place came up, just across the border from PA. Fairly easy to find right off the interstate, it looked great from the outside, but wasn’t exactly the cleanest on the inside. Normally, that doesn’t bother me and still didn’t as I asked the one guy that was there where the beer was and he pointed to the section. Selection was everything I expected for New Jersey distribution and quite good, as every time I’m in NJ looking at beer, there’s always something new to try even if it isn’t a New Jersey brewer. Value, yeah, about that, well, it’s New Jersey and honestly, I thought it seemed better than other parts of the state I’ve been in. I’ll go back here when I get the chance.“

“Been tempted to not rate this place: mine mine mine, my little secret. Anyway, crest little place, good selection of craft beers & the occasional white whale. Friendly owner and employees. Atmosphere is "unique" it’s dark and there is a bar, feels like you cool messy friends basement.“

“This place is pretty cool. Never knew it was more then a liquor store across the bridge where the old box car strip club used to be. I then find out she has a great selection of about 25 beers on tap and fills growlers. She even has a special on Thursdays where she offers filling the growlers at a discounted price. Its a bit pricey but the bottled and tap selection is top notch. The sheer amount of bottled beers will blow you away. The owner really knows her stuff too. Kinda blew me away. No food but this is a cool place to come to just have a few beers and talk to other micro brew drinkers.“

“A decent sized liquor store just on the other side of the Pennsylvania border. It was nice to be able to buy small amounts of beer, which they had a very good selection of. The guys in the store helped me out with a couple things and weren’t surly while doing it. Good local brews, a decent amount of mead, and a decent international prescence. Definitely recommended if you’re stranded in Easton like I am right now“

“Stopped in here last night and found to my delight a long aisle of singles and another entire aisle of chilled sixers. I pretty much ignored the vast array of wine and moderate selection of booze. A small carry basket filled quickly. BrewDog, Rochefort, Mamas little Pils etc.“

“I worked in the area for years and didn’t know it was there. I am from PA and love being able to buy singles. Its a bottle shop with a knowledgable staff. Nice selection and close to home. You can also buy the wife some wine and pick up spirts there. Its a good place.“

“This place is 5 miles away and is a nice little place to stop by for a sixer or two. They do sell singles but could do better job of listing prices for them. There has also been issues of them not having a beer or two in their system and the girls at the cash register have no idea what the price is. Overall they do carry a nice selection of micros and they keep growing. DFH, Stone, Smuttynose, Laguinitas, Weyerbacher, Ballast Point and manmy others. The prices are decent.“

“This is a great stop if you want to avoid PA prices before leaving NJ. This reminds me of a mini version of Oak Tree in Planfield as far as layout. The carry a very nice but modest selection of regional and domestic micros, and the prices are not bad either. They even display ratebeer shelf tags. It can be tricky to find, but look for the turn into the same strip center as Home Depot and PNC Bank and you will find it.“
