| 58 /100 Bebidas de Pernambuco (Beer Store) PRAÇA DO RIO BRANCO “The RB map has this wrong. It's in a large warehouse that has a bunch of art and souvenir shops, in Recife Antigo. Rio Branco Square is also known as Marco Zero Square. Armazém 11. I guess it's a new place, only open a few weeks before my visit. As the name suggests, it has beverages from Pernambuco, basically all types of alcoholic beverages in the state. This means a fairly comprehensive selection of craft beer, even if they are all out on open shelves getting lightstruck. It's still a convenient location for most visitors to town.“ |

ZUZINHA, 48 “Still technically Boa Viagem but getting away from the main part, more closer to the airport metro station...but the walk from the metro to here (near the beach) is 1km that has is sketchier than you'd like. Not that I recommend doing that walk after dark. Same experience as the Boa Viagem branch, indoor/outdoor sort of space, cheap burgers and Pernambucan cerveja.“ |

They brew a couple of their own, but have a more curated selection including out of state beers, something that differentiates them from Mr. Hoppy around the corner. Bottles available to go - I scooped DeBron Imperial Stout and was happy I did. Friendly staff.“ |

This is a sports bar with one of those pour your own systems, which of course are great for ticking. Staff were patient with Portuguese "skills". All told, I was here less than an hour and spent like $10 for a fairly good number of ticks. Babylon beers are just okay, but it's Pernambuco, not Santa Catarina, so your expectations should be lowered anyway.“ |

Pork-themed menu instead of burgers, but otherwise the same outdoor space, order at the bar, 15 taps thing. Situated in a laid back corner of Boa Viagem, closer to the Setubal Mr. Hoppy than anything else.“ |
