“Beautiful location, tap beers in good condition, friendly service. The only negative was very limited selection from tap and bottle/can (they were out of several things on the board). I think it is still must visit when in Saaremaa.“

“Historical rating from few years ago. Nothing really interesting here, but if it is sunny and hot day, you can get a beer from here, and food used to be ok also... Prices are touristy as always in Saaremaa.“

“Yeah you can visit this place if owner lets you in. He usually does if he is not super busy. He will make you a tour around the brewery and introduces to old historic ways of brewing. Must visit when in Saaremaa.“

“Located 15 min from kuressaare, located in a small village, friendly staff, a tour was planned an hour from when we were there but we didnt do it due to time, 8 beers on tap, all beers on tap are possible to take home in swingtop. Prices are ok. Good.“

“Ok if you come to visit the hole in the ground caused by rock from outer space you may also visit this place. I went here for breakfast. Or so I thought. Waited good 10 minutes, danced, shouted yelled, cried just to place my order. No answer. So I went and took dump in their toilet and left. Way much better service in toilet. Water was running and stench wasn’t too bad. Will visit again when these parts. Toilet I mean.“

“In deep forests of Saaremaa. Actually pretty close to Kaali and Kuressaare (it depends which road you take and from which direction are you coming). Anyway taproom is open in summer time. Their beers on tap super-fresh. If you are nice person then brewer might show you the brewery too. Fantastic place to visit once you are in these parts of Saaremaa. Prices more than reasonable. Tap selection? All their beers are on tap and available.“

“Saaremaa farmhouse brewery with a taproom since 2016. Two-men-brewery. The farmhouse ales are stunning, to say the least. Although it was after the summer season’s closing, we were given the chance to talk to one of the knowledgeable brewers and taste their beers, two farmhouse ales, light and dark, a ginger beer and a hoppy Amber IPA.“

“Located in Pihthla Vald on Saaremaa island, just a couple of minutes walk from Kaali meteor crater, the Kaali Trahter tavern sees its share of tourists (mainly Estonians on their way to summer holiday). But the tavern has a couple of redeeming features that make it worth to detour from the road to Kuressaare: Food and beer. The food was rustic and tasty, they serve grilled fish, wild boar and chicken, so take your pick. They have three taps, one for kvass and one for A. Le Coq Premium, but the third one was with a local farmhouse ale (known as "taluõlu" in Estonian): A genuine Pihtla. It was a tasty and refreshing beer, a bit like a fruity hefeweizen. In the summer you can sit outside in their small beer garden.“
