“Visited after a long day’s drive on a Wednesday evening during the hopefully waning days of the pandemic. It was not packed but pretty busy. Credence Clearwater playing with the TV screens tuned to a KC Royals game - nice friendly vibe. Their were only a half dozen house brews on tap but the four I tried were delicious. So was the salad. The wood fired pizza oven was fired up and the pizzas looked good. Overall, a very pleasant stop.“

“Small store in strip mall setting. Service was good. Only bombers in a singles area. Nothing exceptional. Craft beer not their thing.“

“Afternoon visit. Decent sized store with a friendly staff. Average selection of national singles. Some locals in six packs. Prices seemed fair. Worth taking a chance.“

“Visited on a Saturday afternoon. Located in downtown Salina this brewery was doing a brisk business (St. Patrick's Day). Six of their beers on tap and six guest taps. Great service and the flight of five was $9. Beers were average at best. Nice décor. Will try the food next time.“

“An oasis in a desert. Not really but. Near my hotel for the night. Walked in and greeted by a couple of down right friendly gals. LOL. Cooler in front has some intriguing Kansas Shelf turds. Had me contemplating buying more to hold for a year or two and to post on MBC to procure the upcoming custom turbo.Ironic since most beers on there are sold by the infamous turbo. I digress. Solid place.“

“Visited for dinner with the family on a Friday evening. Located on the pretty Main Street of Salina, with parking on the street. Restaurant is a long a room with seating at tables up front and along the right, with a an equally long bar to the left. Appeared to be a private room next door as well. Beer selection is 4 regular house beers and 6 seasonal specials. Growlers to go. Also had a few guests available. Food is pizzas and burgers. Friendly service with a great local crowd hanging out having fun. Good stop on the drive to Colorado.

70 = ★★½ (Locals should check it out, visitors with extended time)

I only use the total score, not the component parts.“

“Had to ding selection as the night I was there they didn’t even have enough beers available to fill their own flight trays. Those they had were pretty good, though. Burgers were good and the pizza looked even better.“

“A pretty nice place to grab a pizza, less so for beer. The atmosphere was okay, though it was incredibly loud. Don’t try the blonde. Visited with Jess and Myrna in Salina in 2014.“
