“Ground floor, first floor, outside benches. 3 draught beers all made by the microbrewery. A number of local Icelandic bottled beers. Varying prices. Overburdened friendly waitress. Crammed downstairs with a lot of local youngsters. Enough space upstairs though. Huge TV upstairs. Not turned on. We did not have any food.“

“Really cool bar in center of the small town. Lots of travelers and local students hanging out, good music and friendly people. Staff was helpfull with some local beers on tap and more options in bottle. Nothing special but a cool place in a beautiful town.“

“It is what it is, which is a small hotel in a tiny community that shuts down for 8 months a year and is the remote eastern Iceland ferry terminal from Denmark & the Faroes. An exquisite find, somehow able to stock beers from Olvisholt, Einstok in the back end of beyond. Superb dining in surprisingly elegant surroundings but expect to pay.“
