“Connected to/Located inside the Sea Mart grocery store. Visited several times during my visit to Sitka. I didn’t visit any other liquor stores in Sitka, so I don’t necessarily have much reference for comparison. But this definitely has a solid selection of beers. A cooler door full of bombers, including both west coast breweries (California and Oregon) as well as Alaska breweries ($10 Anchorage bombers! 50% cheaper than I’ve ever seen them!). A good selection of six packs with some more Alaska breweries. They apparently have a 8-tap growler filling station as well, but I guess I didn’t see it. As I mentioned, I didn’t go to any other liquor stores in Sitka, so I don’t know if there are better ones. But this place definitely had more than I would have expected from a liquor store connected to a grocery store.“

“Visited on a Thursday afternoon. Medium sized taproom including a around 10 tables on the main floor, a few outside, and an upstairs area. They had 9 beers (and a root beer) on tap when we visited, and 1 extra beer in bottles. Sampler flights and small pours available. The bartenders were very friendly and helpful. A cool place to have in a town the size of Sitka. It seemed like a lot of local bars/restaurants also carried a lot of Baranof Island beers.“

“Visited brewery on 08/30/2012 while visiting Sitka on our Holland America Cruise. Free shuttle from downtown, only 5-10 minutes. Sampled 4 of their specialty beers which were all very good. Did not offer tours but I also did not ask because of time constraints. My wife and I shared a "beer cheese" platter that you could get with either olives or smoked salmon.......... outstanding! No bar but around 10-12 tables. Plain and simple with fast, friendly service and great beers.“

“A little off the beaten path in a modest industrial strip center. Walk inside to what appears to be part house and part bar. On the big chalk board is the selection of beers, small panini sandwich choices, and a few other items available. Staff is very friendly and the service is fast. Several tables surrounded the short walls. Sandwiches are very good, but the beer was excellent. There were 10 beers on tap and a small selection of bottles. (Although any beer could be bottled to go). I can see this place was very popular despite its size and the beers were the obvious reason. Gave us a free shuttle ride back to town. Can’t beat that for service. Want to spend some more time here.“
